You continue to amaze me with your talents in preparing my listings for sale!!  I can say with confidence that you were instrumental in our receiving four offers on our “T” Street listing.  In a market where things are moving slowly, this is almost unheard of.  When we signed the listing agreement the house had been vacant and neglected.  Through your diligence and hard work, when the “For Sale” sign went up, the house sparkled.  You were able to not only get all the handyman items corrected – missing pieces of wood, clogged drains, sticking doors, broken tiles, removal of debris… you also could be labeled “Mr. Clean” for the immaculate and shiny way the house showed!

Again, my thanks and appreciation for the terrific jobs you did at Willard, Muirfield, and “U” Street.  It definitely makes a difference when a house is prepared well before its first showing.  You have a good eye for what needs to be done and the skill to get it done.
