This property is a 30 year old home in Rockville.  The owners raised their children in this home for over 20 years.  Needed was to remove an equivalent amount of accumulated personal items, from valuable and sentimental, items to be donated & sold, and items that should have been disposed of years ago.

After clearing of the house and performing a "Mooma-Clean", the house was scheduled to be painted with carpeting removed to expose additional hardwood flooring.

The video includes pictures before our work & after it was completed, but was awaiting yet the painter & carpenter.

The next property was on the market for about 6 months before we were called in.  The hardwood floors were tired, kitchen cabinets worn, basic style was stale with minimal to no updating.  Our work included project management for updating kitchen & bathroom counters, water & electrical fixtures, warmth & lustre added to the cabinets, minor repairs, and more.  Then, the property was fully cleaned to "touchably" clean.

The property went under contract within 1 month after completion of our work and closed shortly after at a price that satisfied the seller.
